Development in iterations
Coding and implementation of solutions according to defined requirements in short iterations (typically 2 to 4 weeks).
Iteration Review
Review the work done in the iteration and demonstrate the working software to the customer and stakeholders.
Iteration Retrospective
Reflect on the work of the previous iteration and identify opportunities for improvement for the next iteration.
